Nuts in Caramel
INGREDIENTS
- 250g mixed nuts, roasted
- 250g sugar
- 2 tbsps water
- a few drops of lemon juice
RECIPE
Make a caramel of the sugar. Add the nuts and mix well.
Pour onto a lightly oiled surface. Cool a little and cut into lozenges.
