Chai FM is a Jewish community radio station broadcasting to the greater Johannesburg area on 101.9fm. The brainchild of Kathy Kaler ChaiFM is based on tools for life, providing programming that is informative, educational, entertaining and relevant to the community.

Marzipan or masapaniz as it is called by the Sephardic Jewish community, comes from the name matzah and pan (bread) in Spanish. Marzipan is one of those dishes which is the pride of every Sephardi housewife and is traditionally made for any simcha like barmitvizahs, weddings and holiday festivals.
