For many the articulation of one’s thoughts, dreams and ideals is better expressed through the medium of art and song. Somehow the elevation of one’s talents enables the recipient to open their minds to new dimensions of understanding and appreciation. Artist Myra Bloomberg, has spent many years expressing her spirituality through her sculptures, creating windows into the many aspects of her understanding of Judaism and Jewish history.
SHETLE SONG
Avineu shebashamyim – our heavenly father who built Zion and Jerusalem, strengthen the hand of all our bretheren who toiled to revive the sacred soil and bless this land that it may flow again with milk and honey. We join the Klass Act ensemble with their rendition of Lo Tei da – return to the land of our dreams.
