TSIFERET

Over the past few weeks, Terry Judaican has focused on the sefirot (soul powers) of Chesed, kindness and Gevurah, restraint in her attempt to integrate her practice of Yoga with her Judaism. Today, she looks at Tiferet, which aims to create a balance between Chesed and Gevurah and can also appropriately be translated as integration.
